The Energy Management and Optimization Project has been defined to establish a comprehensive energy management system, enhance energy efficiency, and reduce energy costs across Chadormalu’s industrial and mining complexes and its subsidiaries.

Within this framework, the project is planned to be implemented through specialized services provided by the MAPNA Group in the field of energy management and smart energy solutions. The necessary coordination for initiating this collaboration has already been carried out.

The project is currently in the study and preparation phase. Key upcoming challenges include conducting the feasibility study (FS), finalizing the selection of the project executor, receiving the detailed scope of services and financial proposal, and obtaining the required approvals prior to contract execution.
